Five levels, in order.

Each level runs on the same four-step session method. Nothing is skipped, because each one is the floor the next one stands on.

    Cognitive Foundations

    How to think. Three months.

    Mental models the student can name and reach for, first-principles reasoning applied to problems they actually have, and enough bias awareness to catch their own thinking going wrong.

  2. 2

    Self Mastery

    How to perform. Three months.

    Habit systems that survive a bad week, deep work in a house full of screens, emotional intelligence under real friction, and a 90-day plan the student writes and then has to answer for.

  3. 3

    Communication & Influence

    How to lead rooms. Three months.

    Structured speaking, persuasive writing, negotiation, and leading a group when you hold no title and nobody has to do what you say.

  4. 4

    Future Strategy

    How to navigate tomorrow. Three months.

    Financial intelligence, how business models actually make money, what AI and automation are doing to categories of work, and how to map an industry before choosing to enter it.

  5. 5

    Elite Capstone

    Build something real. Six months.

    One project, built by the student, validated with real users outside the room, and presented to a jury of practising professionals who are not paid to be kind about it.

A scored certification

It names and scores the specific competencies built, rather than recording that your child attended something for eighteen months.

A portfolio across all five levels

Worksheets, project work, recorded speeches, leadership logs and habit records — material a school or a university can actually evaluate.

An eighteen-month discipline record

A continuous daily record, kept by the student, of what they committed to and what they actually did.

    You enquire

    One short form. Tell us your child's age and what you're hoping changes.

  2. 2

    A conversation with the student

    Twenty minutes, with your child rather than with you, and not a written exam. Three questions: what are you good at that your report card has never measured, what do you want to be known for, and where do you feel most stuck right now.

    The seat is offered

    Readiness and real motivation are what we're checking, not ability. Cohorts close at 20 rather than when demand runs out.
